texte = Hi Guys, I worked a bit today on a couple more features for the HTML forum and wanted to give you guys a "heads up". forum.webdna.us The latest addition is the search feature. I've really tried to "hone in" one what people are looking for, using a "best match" "word and" search on the Topic and Body. The topic is a whole word match and the body is a substring match. The thing I really like is that I finally used the 6.x [findstring..] command! :-) I use it to locate the near exact snippet/s that are being searched for. You can see the results under "Example Snippet" after doing a search. So, if you punch in "XP ISAPI Problem" for example (using the recent list issue), you get a little snippet for each word used (if available). Lastly, there is a couple "tricks" with this new search feature. As long as people use the custom CODE button when posting code, one can simply type "CODE" to find an entire list of code snippets. Then to narrow your search.. simple type "CODE " For example.. "CODE Function" would bring up all code snippets for the function context (that have been posted correctly using the CODE button). I hope people start using this forum because I think it could eventually be a good resource. To get you started, I've posted the code for the [findString..] used directly in the forum! Let me know if you find any bugs! ;-) Cheers, Donovan -- Donovan D.
