As Robin pointed out, the easiest solution would be to go with a fax server such as 4-sight ($595 for a 5 user, 1 fax line license) combined with NRG's NetFax ($250), a CGI that bridges between WebCatalog and 4-sight.You can contact CESoft's John Keables for further information about 4-sight's products or visit http://www.four-sight.co.uk/4-sight/For more information on NetFax, go to http://www.nrgsoft.com/fax/The issues in my mind at this time are (John Keables, maybe you'd like to respond...):1. Can a single power mac handle running WebStar, WebCatalog and WebStarSSL also run 4-sight? Do you need a dedicated mac for the fax stuff?2. If it's going to cost $1000+ to get faxes sent to the shipping dept., perhaps it would be more cost effective to have them set up with an internet connection and get orders via email or SiteEdit ($179).Robyn, what do other catalog companies use to transfer orders to fulfillment?Let me know how it goes!Warm regards, Tom Associated Messages, from the most recent to the oldest:
