This method is not suitable to update WebDNA and previous installation will be overwritten. It must be a fresh WebDNA install on a default Ubuntu 12

Installation process ("run "command"" means you should type the command without surrounding quotes to command line and press "Enter"). Open a terminal window and become root (run "sudo" command there).
sudo bash
Enter your password when requested (the password will not be echoed). On success, the command will change a command prompt so that it will end with a "#" sign. This will add the line deb [arch=amd64] http://deb.webdna.us/precise precise non-free to your /etc/apt/sources.list file:
echo "deb [arch=amd64] http://deb.webdna.us/precise precise non-free" >>/etc/apt/sources.list
Please note the double ">>" and be sure to copy the entire line (it ends with "sources.list")! If you enter the command correctly, it will quietly modify your /etc/apt/sources.list file. Run "apt-get update":
apt-get update
The command will update your software repository indexes. It will show you its progress on your terminal. On success, it shouldn't tell you about any errors. Run "apt-get install libapache2-mod-webdna":
apt-get install libapache2-mod-webdna
apt-get will ask you if you want do install the software without checking its digital signature:
WARNING: The following packages cannot be authenticated!  libapache2-mod-webdnaInstall these packages without verification [y/N]?
Accept it (press "y" and "enter"). This version of WebDNA is the easiest version to install. It doesn't require any additional configuration of the web server. The configurator will take care of the dependencies, directories, permissions etc...
