texte = This has assuredly been covered on this list before, but now is the very first time *I* have had access where on the server one can see these directories:ftp://user:@mySharedHost.com/dir/Admin/ftp://user:@mySharedHost.com/dir/EMailCompleted/ftp://user:@mySharedHost.com/dir/EmailerPrefsftp://user:@mySharedHost.com/dir/EMailFolder/ftp://user:@mySharedHost.com/dir/EMailLog/ftp://user:@mySharedHost.com/dir/EMailProblem/ftp://user:@mySharedHost.com/dir/ErrorMessages.dbftp://user:@mySharedHost.com/dir/ErrorTemplateftp://user:@mySharedHost.com/dir/Globals/ftp://user:@mySharedHost.com/dir/MultiGroupCheckerftp://user:@mySharedHost.com/dir/SandBoxPrefsetc.(What do we call this ^^^ directory where we see all this ^^^ stuff, the "WebDNA" directory?)Anyway, I hit a page with [sendmail] in it, and there are no errors, but the email never arrives. So (with my new access, at least to this/ my sandbox) I look in the folder (from the above list) calledEMailFolder/and see in there my test email files... exactly as I created them with [sendmail].. but just sitting there. I assume this is where webdna will pick them up from to then send them out.. but they just sit there.. and never get sent. Here is an example name of one of those email files:1250377830752673TTdoneThere is nothing at all in any of these folders:ftp://user:@mySharedHost.com/dir/EMailCompleted/ftp://user:@mySharedHost.com/dir/EMailLog/ftp://user:@mySharedHost.com/dir/EMailProblem/This is on a shared host. The only guy at this company who knows how to tinker with webdna on the server side is on honeymoon.. so I have to explain to one of his support staff (who are used to admin-ing other server-side languages) what needs to be fiddled with. What does need fiddling? What do I tell him? Thanks for any feedback at all!------------John Butler (Govinda)govinda.webdnatalk@gmail.com
