I foresee no problems with it running on Snow Leopard. The apache module is universal (32 and 64bit), and communicates with the WebDNA engine. On Mac, the engine is 32bit due to compilation limitations of the XML components. The engine runs independently from apache and the module and is not affected by apache or the OS bit level.
