Thanks for that, and the heads up = re: kFileReplace. =  Still a fair bit or work to implement and test over 40+ = domains.  Anyhow - if I come up with a workable solution I'll come = back to the list.

I use BBEdit on mac for these kinds of = operations..

If you use BBEdit (or = will use it) and want help with the grep search/replace.. then I'd be = happy to write one for you (free; just to be helpful).  I'm not a = grep master.. but good enough to enjoy the challenge = here.
