I use BBEdit on mac for these kinds of =operations..
If you use BBEdit (or =will use it) and want help with the grep search/replace.. then I'd be =happy to write one for you (free; just to be helpful). I'm not a =grep master.. but good enough to enjoy the challenge =here.
