texte = Hi Govinda, I appreciate you checking things out. =20 Sorry if I was confusing with earlier posts, but with the AJAX/JS, its = just the opposite of your last post. The AJAX/JQuery version works = perfectly just as it is with no special escaping, etc. Its the simple = all HTML/WebDNA version that I'm having problems with. I'm using the = exact copy I emailed earlier on my server for testing. Also, I'm = testing a duplicate of this code with a live db that I am accessing with = the Ajax app. So, in short, I am accessing the db from two different = interfaces. One is simple (code I've provided) and the other is more = complex (ajax, jquery, etc). Strangely enough, its the simple one = that's causing me grief. I'm not surprised that it works for you on your v7 environment, because = it also works for me on a Debian6 v7 environment.
