Thanks Terry, I = know about the bogus FROM address, and I am using the same FROM address = that works in several other places, but doesn't work here, because it's = too long..

Here is what I'm seeing if I use too many = characters....

What should = be:
[sendmail to=3Dsteve@fausttheatre.org&from=3Dsteve@fausttheatre.org&subject=3D1234567&content-type=3Dtext/html]
=

Looks like this:
endmail to=3Dsteve@fausttheatre.org&from=3Dsteve@fausttheatre.org&subject=3D12345678&content-type=3Dtext/html]

The first two characters are being truncated from = my code if I put the 8 in the subject = line.
This has got me = stumped.

<= div style=3D"word-wrap: break-word; -webkit-nbsp-mode: space; = -webkit-line-break: after-white-space; ">
This has got everyone = stumped.

The = only thing sure at this point is that things are not what they appear. =  I mean the things that are happening are not actually fairly = *caused* by what you think now.

Subject lines can be quite long.  I don't = know how long.. but most definitely longer than 8 = chars.

There has GOT to be = errors elsewhere that are causing what you are = seeing.
If I were you, I would literally start over... = strip everything down to a blank page.. and add things one tiny thing at = a time back in (and testing at every step) until you find the real = culprit(s).
