I > need a definitive answer if possible. If you don't mind installing one copy of WebDNA in each domain folder you can probably use multiple copies of 7.1, one for each domain. You may have to buy an accelerator license for each if the free versions are too slow. Otherwise the publicly available option is to wait for the next release which (if I am correct) will be called "WebDNA Server" and is based on v6.2 and will therefore offer multi- domain support by default.
