Can't load tmpl files

The file you requested cannot be found.When I replace the default.tmpl to default.html, it loads the welcome to webstar home page.When I change to the webcatalog/generalstore folder I get the following error: Error! The file you requested cannot be found. When I add a default.html file to the folder, it loads.When I try to load webcatalog/admin or webcatalog/classifieds I get the following error: Error! The file you requested was not found.This all happens with the plugin version. Also, admin application reports the following: webcatalog_pi suffix(tmpl) mime/type(html). **************************************************I have loaded the webcatalog folder in the webstar root.
