Ran a grep for live = processes - may be useful;

root@2016:/usr/lib/cgi-bin/WebCatalogEngine# ps aux | grep = "WebCatalog"
root      1970  0.0  0.0  = 13268  1500 ?        S    23:43 =   0:00 /usr/lib/cgi-bin/WebCatalogEngine/WebDNAMonitor
www-data  2126  0.0  0.2 = 119088  8012 ?        Sl   23:43   = 0:00 WebCatalog = -m
root      2517  0.0  0.0  13232 =   872 pts/0    S+   23:59   0:00 grep = --color=3Dauto WebCatalog

Hi

OK, so installed Ubuntu = 16.04.4 LTS, per below. Ran the installer for WebDNA Server 8.5.1 just = to make sure any updates were captured etc.

Server said it was already the latest = version so nothing required etc. Problem is, now WebDNA isn=E2=80=99t = working - the old =E2=80=9CSorry WebDNA Server not running=E2=80=9D = message.

Trying to access the main WebDNA admin only so it surely = can=E2=80=99t be a coding error ;) Was OK before the upgrade of the OS. = Have applied permissions changes as follows;

$ cd = /usr/lib/cgi-bin/
$ chmod -R 755 = WebCatalogEngine
$ chown -R www-data:www-data = WebCatalogEngine
$ cd = /var/www/html
$ chmod -R 755 WebCatalog
$ chown -R www-data:www-data WebCatalog

Restarted Apache2 = without luck. Have now restarted the server - Must be having a mental = moment but how do I get WebDNA restarted?

Thanks,
