When we select a pay method of AC from the invoice.tmpl ANY entry into the account number form blank results in an approved sale. What makes this most entertaining is that it seems to work even if AccountAuthorizer isn't specified in the prefs for WebMerchant. We can get the AccountAuthorizer to error so we know that it does run.The first question is: What exactly is the WebCatalog cgi passing to AccountAuthorizer? The first function in the AppleScript is looking for a data string and a list as a parameter. «event AuthAcct» {account, monthAccount, yearAccount, amount}Since this is apparently sent by the cgi, I can't edit it. And since the AppleScript functions never use any of the parameters except account, I'm assuming that null or void values don't matter. If I change the name and parameter for the first function in the AppleScript and run it locally, I can get true or false results. This tells me that the AppleScript actually works and will march through a data base and lookup the account numbers. What seems to be not working is that the cgi, WebCatalog or WebMerchant isn't actually using the returned value from the AppleScript.Where is the problem and how do I solve this?Rob______________Rob Dillon Digital Design Group Limited www.ddg-designs.com Producers of interactive media and other fine visual products (SM) Associated Messages, from the most recent to the oldest:
