Purchase command error problem

I am getting the following error when I try to submeit an order to a WebSTAR SSL server.Error: the 'purchase' command requires that you specify a cartIf I submit the order via the regular WebSTAR server everything works just fine. The Thankyou template is returned, the ThankYou.txt and Fulfillment.txt files generate the required emails in the email folder, etc. For that scenario, the form action is simply
(The suffix I have mapped is .ctmp instead of .tmpl, and my CGI is in the RA folder not the WebCatalog folder, i. e. one folder deeper than usual. There are reasons my ISP requires this.)However, if I change the form action to which is the full URL to the template or even which is the relative path to the template, I get the error message.I have douible checked that the action defined for the WebSTAR SSL server is the same as that for the regular WebSTAR server. They are both in the same folder.Has this happened to anyone else? Are there any insights you can offer based on what I have included here. Any help would be appreciated.
