All you're really saying here is that you *cannot* create a search that identifies only those records you want to change. That means you are going to have to MANUALLY select which records to change.Therefore, you need to create a replace template that you can use to change each record individually.In other words, it's a manual process, not an automatic one. The only way you can automate this is if you can figure out a way to retrieve EXACTLY the records you want to place on sale, instead of retrieving a whole bunch of records and then manually selecting two or three from the resulting list.If you can figure out a way to retrieve *only* the two records you want to put on sale, instead of the 12 you're currently retrieving, then an automatic solution is possible.
