texte = Greetings,We have been using this technique and I figure some of you might be able to use this:You can get webcat to do some processing from any webpage regardless of what server it is running on. Here's how:1. Set up your tpl page and determine what kind of processing you need (i.e. logging, random image, createfolder, increment counter, etc.).2. Add this to any html page: 3. On your 'yourFile.tpl' do your processing first and then return via returnraw an image, preferbly a one pixel transparent gif so the page that it is added is not affected. Here is an example.yourFile.tpl === [appendfile [date %m]-[date %y].log][ipaddress] [time] [date] [/appendfile][sendmail to=olin@worldpoint.com&from=sneaky@worldpoint.com&subject=Some on visited my secret page]Page visit.Date: [date] Time : [time] IP Address: [ipaddress] Browser: [browsername] Referrer: [referrer] [/sendmail][returnraw]HTTP/1.0 302 Found Location: cleardot.gif[/returnraw] ===We use this technique to get webcat to work with static html pages on remote servers, asp, and other kinds of web stuff. This would be a great way to set up a random banner program where instead of the clear gif, you return a random banner...sortta like link exchange...though you can conditionaly control the output in creative ways ;)Aloha, Olin ---------------------------------------------------------------- WORLDPOINT Olin Kealoha Lagon Director, Special Projects Manoa Innovation Center 2800 Woodlawn Drive, Suite 170 Honolulu, HI 96822 Telephone (808)539-3939 Fax (808)539-3943 Direct (808)539-3932 Associated Messages, from the most recent to the oldest:
