I kinda worked it out already, only I didn't think of the refresh thing. I thought I could delay them until it had processed or made them reload the page. The card company says a 12second time is about what it would take. How reasonable is this number on a medium site? My client anticipates approx 10k-50k users. Here is how I thought it would go: Please let me know where I can cut out the fat.Customer picks his option cart is generated on this page. Next page customer picks his username and password, referring page checks avalability of such name and generates a [cart].html page. [hideif atime=time+30]load all formvariable in this page + This page does 2 other things it says #1 I am checking your card[/hideif] until a time period lapse utilizing a [showif time(pageaccessed)=time+30sec] [form variables loaded here + new card info. There has been a problem with your order would you like to resubmit using a different card? [/showif]. User is not referred to this page instead he fills in his payment page. He submits his payment information and then the clocks starts ticking, webmerchant is checking card if card is good then webdelivery sends [cart].html. [cart].html page has webdna that appends members.db with information passed from payment page. Customer fills in his password and advances into the members portion of the website. What is a placeholder page? How would it work in the above scenario. would I need to create a special folder for it? ie cart/placeholder.tpl and have webmerchant deliver a cart/cart.html page?In my scenario I would need to have webcat process html also, I saw that as a simple solution but if i can get webmer to create a tpl that would be better.
