Fufillment e-mail?

texte = Working on a simple site with four items in a 3 field database. The whole works fine but for some reason the fulfillment e-mail is not being sent? In the Thankyou.tpl there is an [include fulfillment.txt] which contains a Command to send the thankyou e-mail! How do I get the fulfillment e-mail to go too? Angel J. Bennett !
