ampersand XHTML in search

texte = I have the following search being done: [search db=^db/products.db&max[m]&startat=[s]&[srch]&pricetype=num] When I try and validate this page as XHTML Transitional, it says that the & before the srch is invalid ... because it is not encoded as & I tried changing the & in the above search right before [srch], and the search fails. Am I changing the wrong &?
