Do you really get %0B (ascii 11) from the textarea? What if you change it to carriage return (%0D) ?If that does not help ou can try to convert all carriage returns to return/linefeed before sending the mail: From To %0D %0D%0A...maybe you find out more if you do not send the text, but write it to disk and see what you get at the end of the lines.
