One of them returns the error error on order file.In all likelihood, it is a bad card or bad expiration date.MacAuthorize sometimes returns error codes that are unknown to us (or WebMerchant, by implication). Tellan has never been able to give us a reliable list of all possible error codes and their meanings. So WebMerchant is 'punting' on the assumption that this error code means the bank network is busy and it should retry until it goes thru.I would manually remove the order files from the folder, and then run the cards by hand using MacAuthorize. You will hopefully see an error code in the lower-left box of MacAuthorize that tells you the exact error. Please note that down for us so we can add it to our list (every bank network seems to have slightly different codes).Technical Support | ==== eCommerce and Beyond ==== Pacific Coast Software | WebCatalog, WebMerchant, 11770 Bernardo Plaza Court | SiteEdit Pro, PhotoMaster, San Diego, CA 92128 | Typhoon 619/675-1106 Fax: 619/675-0372 | http://www.smithmicro.com/ Associated Messages, from the most recent to the oldest:
