I know a similar system works on a LAN, but I have yet to see it work accross the entire internet. But given the fact that I purchased my product legitimately and if it did not work as prescribed and in the manner it was intended. I would contact the company that sold it to me. If they could not get it to work then I would look to another solution. This system works whether your copy is pirated or not. I do however understand your frustration with the problem. I too have experienced it, though not to the degree to which you have. The solution of locking the preference file only works if you do a complete restart. If you just restart the app then you get the math problem. I can offer PCS a machine that can reproduce the problem and if they want to pay to have it shipped to and from PCS, I would gladly offer it.Have you. 1. Reinstalled webcat (having removed its preferences) 2. Reinstalled the server and webcat? 3. Done a complete reinstall of the system, server and webcat? 4. What type of machine are you running on? 5. What system? 6. What server and what version?
