Cart Question: The Epic Saga

texte = OK. Thanks to all who had suggestions for getting this working. Now I have a results page that reloads itself when I add an item to the cart. Kewl :). However, now I have a new problem. I reach a results page in one of two ways: From the home page, via a url that displays all items in the catalog. The other is via a multiselection form on the home page that allows a customer to search for individual catagories. Because I could think of no other way to do it, the url directs customers to a page called results.tpl, and the form directs them to customresults.tplResults.tpl displays everything fine, adds items to the cart and refreshes itself without problems. This was done by wrapping founditems in a search context. OK, so far so good. Now, here's the problem. I cannot think of a way to have customresults.tpl perform the same thing. Wrapping founditems in a search context displays everything properly when the visitor first views the page, but if they try to add an item to their cart, when the page refreshes, all the items in the catalog are displayed. It's obvious to me why: founditems is fed everything in the catalog by the enclosing search context. I can think of no way to pass the variables selected on the home page to the enclosing search context each time a visitor adds an item to their cart so that founditems displays the correct information. Any ideas?? If anyone would like to see the pages in question email me privately.thanx,-will Associated Messages, from the most recent to the oldest:
