Do .tpls A Max File Size?

texte = Hello,Do .tpl files have a max file size? I have an tpl that is really big and it is giving me an error that says document contains no data bla,bla..., when it goes to load; it is about 261,921 bytes in size. If I pull most of the code out of it it works fine. I have it working ok on my development server. The only difference is version 3.0.2 WebStar on my dev server and 2.1 on live server.
