This makes a big difference. When you pull up your MMC highlight the server you wish to add webcat to. Not the individual site. The server should have an icon that looks like a computer. Right click and pull down to properties. Choose WWWservice from the Master Properties pull down. Then click edit. Choose the Isapi filters tab, this is where you add webcat. You then need to restart your machine.
