Re: WebCatalog vs. Cold Fusion
This WebDNA talk-list message is from 1998
It keeps the original formatting.
numero = 21683
interpreted = N
texte = Well, that makes sense. I really haven't had the chance to dig into thedocumentation like I usually do, but I was hoping that the products produced thesame results.I do have another question though, I am migrating a web-based application from aMacintosh web server to a Windows NT server. While doing benchmarks I havenoticed that although the NT server is considerably more powerful than ourfaithful (but old) Mac, the performance when processing the same web pages withWebDNA is dramatically slower on the NT Server. Since this only happens withreally complex pages that load several frames I am looking for a codingalternative. Does anyone have any suggestions to help speed it up? Anyconstructive comments are welcome =)--Jocelyn PlazewskaWebmaster, Jintek, LLCwebmaster@jintek.com-----Original Message-----From: John Hill
