Actually I just upgraded for 900$ so I guess I would like to upgrade to this feature for free ;-) I started trying to drive this point home a few months ago when there was lots of work being done on the 3.0 alpha. I thought it would be a real mistake to release 3.0 without this, seemingly, important feature. However, I backed off when Grant finally seemed to snap and sent an email referring to his overloaded schedule, his day to day demands, and time not spent with his family. I took that as an obvious sign that PC was overloaded with trying to meet the demands of it's product. I figured that with the point being made from multiple points that it was sure to be addressed. I mean, this is something that we have been doing with NetForms since the early versions and that app only cost a few hundred dollars & is similar in that it is writing out to text files. Considering the raw power of WebCat, both in DB's and scripting, it still seems justifiably confusing that a replace string feature hasn't been able to be implemented. -- Alexander J.
