texte = A technique we use in a lot of our databses (we do a lot on non-commerce stuff and do not necessarily use cart tokens) is to use a NEXT SKU database to assign sku's - and we can use any name for the SKU that we want, like Cust_ID for example. The code is modular and easy to drop into any application.Simply put, we get the sku value from the next.db, increment by one and save the record, for each transaction. The db always has just a single value, and any number of hits against the system always generates a unique numeric number in sequence.Larry======================================================================== Hewitt Consulting...
