texte = I ran into the same problem. What I did to compensate was to use a trigger to request a page that had a max=500 in the search. The trigger ran every five minutes and the page itself would not only write 500 email files at a time, but also mark each one it did as done using a flag in the database. So each time the trigger hit, the search would find only the next set of 500 records.
