Cart file not being written

texte = Ok,Here is another dumb question . . . when telling WebCat to generate a cart file, it should create a file in the shoppingcarts folder located at the same directory level, right? 'Cuz I have a page that is calling for a cart to be created. WebCat is creating the unique cart number, but no file is being generated in the shoppingcarts folder.
