SUBMIT buttons not working....

You can see them, but they don't do anything. No amoutn of clicking does anything. This appears to only happen in Navigator. I have had it happen to me using NN 4.08 and I have a report from someone in the field who is using NN 4.6 also on MacOS.I do not believe that this is an html issue, because quitting the browser and hitting the page again under the same circumstances will provide a functioning submit button.
