Has anyone ever worked with a database with about 200 columns, and if so, (a) does it work, and (b) is there any performance degredation in either the aforementioned database itself, or in WebCatalog as a whole? In other words, I know that WebCat stores the entire database in memory, and I have plenty to spare. But, does it increase WebCat's search time, to search a database with this many columns? I am not too concerned about the number of entries into the database; I have heard stories from others in this forum stating that they have databases with millions of entries. But, does anyone have experience with such a wide databases? Are there any implications, or other concerns I should be aware of?Thanks for the input...Dennis ------------------------------------------------------------- Brought to you by CommuniGate Pro - The Buzz Word Compliant Messaging Server.
