texte = Michael - If you can send the client HTML formatted mail, you could use conventional HTML table commands to format the fields. However, getting the message attached can be its own problem; if you don't have access to something like Perl, it will be difficult to get that attachment into the e-mail. I believe that I have already sent an example using MIME::Lite to create a multipart message. Check the archives or send me a message offline. If you want a pure WebCat solution, you are going to have to use a combination of [Text] variables, [Middle], and [Loop] to slice up the long fields prior to placing the text in the correct place. It will be ugly. I would recommend working on a page that just does this and then when you have it formatting correctly, [include] that page into the middle of the e-mail context. Actually, I would always recommend that methodology; take what works and stick it inside something else that works, rather than (possibly) messing up an already working page.John Peacock ____________________Reply Separator____________________ Subject: Formatting Email Author: (WebCatalog Talk) Date: 2/4/00 10:28 AMI need to send invoices by email but the description field can have up to 250 characters.
