texte = Can anyone provide me some guidance on (building, buying, implementing???) a solution for collaborative browsing? We'd like a customer service agent to be able guide a remote user through the buying process by way of sharing the same screens. I know solutions exist but can't seem to find them and don't know if they'd work with a WebCat based solution.Any feedback is appreciated.
