texte = I have a search context where I need to do a comparison like the following:search: FIELD1 is less than [var] & FIELD2 is greater than [var] return value of FIELD3 based on the above search criterion The following search returns the correct answer ONLY if the variable __wordCount is equal to BOTH MIN_DAYS and MAX_DAYS. If __wordCount falls between the two numbers, numfound is 0.[search db=rates.db&geMIN_DAYSdatarq=[__wordCOUNT]&leMAX_DAYSdatarq=[__wordCount]] [founditems][RATE][/founditems] [/search]How do I formulate such a search in WebCat? I read carefully through the docs for comparisons, and no single comparison meets my needs.I'm going to try to put together an IF..THEN version, but surely there is a way to do it in the search itself?!Thanks!Steve ------------------------------------------------ Steven Jarvis Web Developer sjarvis@nwaonline.netMorning News of Northwest Arkansas http://www.nwaonline.net ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list .
