texte = We are running WebCatalog 3.08 We are using the AuthorizeNet.tpl format. The cart headers are getting set to the necessary headers as I understand it CC and Approved are the determining goodpath criteria All of our cart orders go to the problems folder WebeMerchant has not been modified.I have hardcoded the various information into the form AuthorizeNet.tpl returned from the processor to imitate the return responses from AuthorizeNet.The bottom line as I see it in DoPurchase.inc is that the header information is what determines where the order goes. If it is approved and the payment type is CC it goes to the completed folder. My headers are being set CC and the x_response_code is set to Approved and the orders get sent to the Problems folder everytime plus the customer gets a negative email. By the time WebMerchant gets the order it has already been Approved, Denied or Null. In this case all orders have been Approved.Does anyone know or have an idea why I am encountering this results? This project launches tomorrow and I hate the thought of customers getting negative emails on an already approved order. I was under the impression that WebMerchant Parses the information so that we will be able to import and process the informtion into our processing databases. All I have seen so far is that it gets the order from the orders folder directly to the problems folder with a bad sounding email to my customers. Here is a copy of an cart with the headers set.H 1.5 07/22/2000 20:24:04 webmaster4@home.com CC 4444333322221111 10 6 Liz O'Nan HostNet USA 1234 Main San Marcos CA 92069 760 7449999 7.750000 FEDEX 0.00 great job SD City webmaster4@home.com Darrell O'Nan ShopSmart USA 2588 El Camino Real Suite 102 Carlsbad CA 92008 760 7379999 F 024.011.149.113 2 F 77777777777 XThis transaction has been approved.
