You need to get the info in the shoppingcart or DB with a command (append, replace, add, showcart), not just by specifying a varaible name.Brian-----Original Message----- From: WebCatalog Talk [mailto:WebDNA-Talk@talk.smithmicro.com]On Behalf Of stephen Sent: Monday, June 17, 2002 11:21 AM To: WebCatalog Talk Subject: Paramater Passing Value Why can't I pass a simple value. I declare a variable called service in a form on the shoppingcart page, for type of shipping. The form goes to a shiprate file that gets the shipping rate and redirects to the invoice page. I can not get the service value to come up on the invoice page. I could call it on the shiprate page, if I take out the redirect. I tried passing it thru the URL and declaring it in textA - textD. No luck. Any thougts.S-------------------------------------------------------------- This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list .
