texte = No you aren;t missing anything.But keep in mind that over night, I have to run triggers that download the data, fix the data from the stupid MLS (things like space padding in All of the fields, year as '2002.000' #of fireplaces in thousandths '2.000'(did I mention they are stupid? Anybody know what the hell .400th of a fireplace is?
