In fact, looking at the page's source code, only the first two fields are being sent to the browser. The same page when accessed with NN4 displays normally.I've tried this same page on two separate servers with different OS's and versions of WC and get the same results.I wrote it in PageSpinner, but when I noticed the problem, I copied it to BBEdit. Same results, even after emptying the browser caches and after rebooting the server. I also rebuilt the desktop. Disk First Aid and NUM show no problems. I tried it with the VALUE= parameter in the inputs. No change.I've had problems with other, more complex forms not displaying properly in NN, but never in IE5 and never with one as simple as this one. What's wrong here?Glenn Enter Name
