IP lookup tool via tcpconnect

texte = I know I can figure out the tcpconnect part. What I'm looking for is an online tool that I can hit that will do a reverse lookup for me. Feed it an IP number and it returns the name of the machine at that IP address. (note.. this is not the same as a whois lookup.)
