texte = Our store sales are restricted to UC Berkeley Students and employees. We use a centrally managed LDAP directory for authentication of the student or employees current status.Currently we make customers choose to authenticate or enter as a guest when they first enter the site. They are directed the directory service URL and redirected back to the store after authentication. This flags them as authenticated (using Header10) and allows us to complete the billing and shipping process. Otherwise we hold the order until the customer faxes proof of eligibility.I am trying to modify the process so the customer does not have to authenticate until (s)he chooses to complete a purchase. This means that the customer is directed out the store and then back.My problem is I can't figure out how to get them back to their shopping cart and write the status to Header10. The customer gets back the site, but can't find the cart even though I redirect to the store URL?cart=[cart]. It looks like a new cart is generated. The odd thing is the correct URL and cart number appear in the browser address bar and if I click in the address bar an hit return it goes to the correct cart.Any ideas? -- Mark D.
