For the archives, I had to sign on to the server as the owner of the Users.db file (www), then pull up the Get Info window for the file in the OSX Finder and turn off the Locked checkbox. After restarting WebDNA, all is right in my universe. I am quite positive that I never set the Locked flag manually, so how it got set I can't tell you.
