texte = I am attempting to override the default mime headers sent by WebCat tothe browser, specifically the Expires header. The expires header sentis always the same time as the date and last-modified, which means thatpages cannot be cached. I have been informed by other members on thislist that this may cause search engines to not index sites on myserver. Other sites on my server (non-WebCat sites) have no problemsbeing indexed. Only WebCat processed sites have problems. My server'sdefault mime headers do not include an expires header; only pagesprocessed by WebCat include an expires header. All attempts at settinga different Expires header have failed, even setting a specific date andtime. From discussions in the archives by other list members, itappears as though it should be possible to override the expires headersent by WebCat using the [setmimeheader] tag. But I cannot get it towork. Here is the code used:[setmimeheader name=Expires&value=[date %a %b %d] 23:59:59 [date %Y]GMT]Is there an issue with the WebStar V for OSX version of WebCat? I'mrunning version 4.5.1 of WebCat with WebStar 5.2.4 on MacOS 10.2.4.Thanks,Dennis-------------------------------------------------------------This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list
