I forget exactly what it does to make it friendly - but from the webposition website:Advanced slow submit technology precisely emulates manual submissions. It even follows-up to verify a site was indexed by the expected date. The reports will show you where your site is listed based off of keywords that you enter in the search criteria, the keywords being what you would guess that a person would use when using a SE to find sites of your type. The report shows you where you rank for each word, where you rank the last time you ran the report (if you opt to archive prior runs) and how many positions you moved up/down per word per SE. It also provides links to competitor sites....sites that ranked above yours for the same words so that you can view it for whatever reason. The full report will eat up some harddrive space...about 20 mb per site, depending on how many search phrases you choose to use in your reports. For my clients, I just upload the summary page which lists the rankings and gives a pretty good overview of how you're standing in comparison to others. If interested, email me off list and I'll give you the URL of the reports for one of my clients that I've been using this with for the past few months.GK -----Original Message----- From: WebDNA Talk [mailto:WebDNA-Talk@talk.smithmicro.com]On Behalf Of Donovan Sent: Monday, March 24, 2003 4:28 PM To: WebDNA Talk Subject: Re: Internet Advancement Gary Krockover wrote:>I use Web Position Gold Pro (unlimited domains - >http://www.webposition.com/) that cost $350.00 and have had some really good >success with it. > One of the giants google suggests *not* useing this exact product.http://www.google.com/webmasters/guidelines.html#quality > Of course the turn-around on this is being able to offer >it as a service to my clients.
