Show items based on login Password

texte = I am setting up a site to be used in a production environment. I would like to have it show only items that correspond with a person's login and password.In the products db, I have a field that is unique to each person, Say a number value. I know I need to incorporate [showif]. I was wondering if anyone has done this yet? I was not able to find it in the archives. Sorry, I am kind of new at this.
