Trigger Validation Text Broken

texte = SMSI: I removed the "Validation Text" from the trigger file and set the "Validation Text" of the trigger to a bogus value and trigger still appears to run. It seems that the "Validation Text" stuff is broken. I bring this up because I have a trigger that does not appear to be processing but the WebCat engine thinks it is. I say it "appears to run" in that the trigger is set to run hourly and, when the trigger is executed, the next run time is set to the next hour.
