texte = I have done this many times. There are different approaches. But this is what I do. Name (35) (Company Name-35, opt.) (Attention-35, opt.) Address1 (35) Address2 (35) City (35) StateProv (2) ZipPostCode (10) Country (35) StateProv and ZipPostCode are required fields for US and Canada addresses. (StateProv is 2 wide; ZipPostCode is 10 wide, but may be filled with 5, 7, or 10.) StateProv and ZipPostCode are not used for outside of the US and Canada (and may be made unavailable for addresses outside of the US and Canada). The city line is wide enough (I use 35) to accommodate the whole city line from the address of other countries--which may include a post code, not necessarily in the relative position of the US/Canada post code. If one's business is not slanted towards US/Canada, one could eliminate the StateProv and ZipPostCode fields, and label the "City" line something like "City, Post Code, State or Province". Country doesn't really need to be 35 wide, but I'm not sure what the widest is.
