Shouldn't you be using 140083 as the SKU for this item, or at least already have a table that matches that to the SKU? Once you download the files using wget or something else, can't you use WebDNA to process the names (renaming the files if you want). I still don't know enough of what you are trying to do to understand what problem you are trying to solve.
