texte = Thanks for the assistance. Both are running as webstar - so that wasn't it. What it turned out to be was that on the other server convert was located at /usr/local/bin and on the new server it is at /sw/bin/ I added the path to convert /sw/bin/convert and it works. Not sure why it needs the full path though... when calling from the command line does not.
