texte = Brian, As strange as this might sound coming from me, I kind of doubt Smith Micro would even had a copy of that old of a version. Should they? Sure. But do they? Probably not. I believe WebCat was at 3.x with 4.x on the horizon when Smith Micro acquired Pacific-Coast. If I had it, I would certainly send it to you, unfortunately while I was at the WebDev conference where WebCat was first shown, I didn't buy it until the 2.x versions.
