This *had* been working for a couple months after it was moved to a new main (iTools) server. When it stopped, I tried it on the development server to find it fail there too. This is what the code looks like when printed to the screen. The waitforfile was a recent addition, thinking perhaps the delete took place before the copy finished (when this was working, there was no waitforfile), but all it did was add a 30-second wait for the timeout to trip. [copyfile from=*/Library/WebServer/Documents/data store /shoppingcarts/1075830078250&to=*/Library/WebServer/Documents/data store /cartStorage/1075830078250] [waitforfile file=*/Library/WebServer/Documents/data store /cartStorage/1075830078250] [deletefile file=*/Library/WebServer/Documents/data store /shoppingcarts/1075830078250] [/waitforfile] The [deletefile] *does* work, so I'm left with no copy and no original. There must have been a reason I didn't use [movefile] a year ago, but when I try it now, it also doesn't work (which may have been the reason). No permission flags have changed that I'm aware of, but I'm getting no errors in the code of the page and the rest of the site handles reading/writing to carts and reading/writing other files in that /data store directory. -------- Follow up: The existing code worked correctly today for an order, with no changes made. It looks like its always worked sporadically, we've just been in a long non-working spell. A sequential number gets prepended to each copied cart. This is how reliable the copy operation has been: 699, 703, 708, 724, 735, 743, 751, 764, 765, 766, 769, 770, 777, 792 We're also getting random garbage appended to the file names of many of the copied carts: 1068241394548ceNumber 106848440330490ndex=2 1070052431713881heck.incl 10728996861835888r&lookInField=ID&return 10731673592010851mber 107332663552750Number 1074303957116302Credit This is looking less like a coding issue and more of an underlying problem with the program. Any ideas on a direction to go to clear this up? Going to 5.0 isn't on the table.
